Shipping And Returns

 

              Currently shipping is free on all orders

 

  We only standard ship to The Netherlands And Belgium

Standard Shipment  

  After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  Another email with a Track & Trace code will be sent when your order gets shipped.

 This code can be used to follow the status and location of your package

Please contact us at info@avacadiz.nl if you want your order shipped to countries outside of the Netherlands or Belgium, additional costs may apply. 

Packages generally will be sent on the same day or the day after. Delivery times are dependent on PostNl and usually vary between 1-3 days. 

Returns

We highly value our customers' satisfaction and therefore offer the option to  return products within 14 days of purchase

 Only undamaged unworn products will be accepted. After we receive the return, we will restitute the purchase amount within a few days. 

 Costs associated with returns are for the customers own account

 Items that are returned need to be send in the original packaging, undamaged and unworn for them to be accepted 

The return process

  Notify us by email if you wish to return item(s)  Info@AvaCadiz.nl This email should contain your order number, personal details and address. Please also include the reason for returning the item(s)

 We can not be held accountable for any damages incurred during the return process

 When Items are received in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount asap back into your account, this usually will be transfered within 1-2 days. 

Products bought with or through discount offers do not qualify for refunds
